Purusharth Singh is a multidisciplinary lawyer with more than 16 years of experience in structuring investment cum commercial deals spanning the entire life cycle of infrastructure and technology-based projects. He advises clients from diverse sectors including energy, manufacturing, technology, finance, real estate, IT and ITES, etc. He helps several prominent MNCs in navigating the complex and dynamic Indian policy landscape.

His team of seasoned legal professionals is adept at providing end-to-end solutions within commercial transactions space ranging from conducting legal due diligence, drafting, and negotiating transaction documents, and advising clients on commercial and regulatory issues pertaining to cross-border transactions.

He graduated from NLU Jodhpur in the year 2008 with honours in International Trade & WTO Studies. In addition to practicing law with a few reputed law firms in Mumbai and Delhi, he has held leadership positions with some of India’s top management teams.
